Join members of the State Historical Records Advisory Board (SHRAB) and our Roving Archivists in this beginner-friendly panel for small and medium organizations wanting to gain intellectual control of collections, big or small, share digitally collection objects, or even preserve digital files. They will define and discuss the different types of systems (Collection Management Systems, Digital Asset Management Systems, and preservation systems), present use cases for institutions, and explore the options available, including brief virtual tours of some entry-level friendly programs.
