Cold and cloudy this morning turned into mostly sunny and not too cold this afternoon. I arrived at HPM around 2:15 and saw:

1 Painted Lady

1 Dusted Skipper

1 Painted Lady

1 American Lady

1 Gray Hairstreak

1 American Copper

12 Little Wood Satyr

1 Cabbage White

5 Duskywing (some very worn, photos show likely Juvenal's)

1 Eastern Tailed-blue

1 Black Swallowtail

10 species and 25 individuals.

I caught a glimpse of a fox running around the summit; a Prairie Warbler posed for me on the rock path up.

I finally got a look at a Prairie Warbler, too.
