Mass Butterfly Club Fieldtrip Report from Sunday, May31

The weather was partly sunny and in the 60's on Sunday May 31, when 7 of us walked the grassy paths of Shaw Farm in Sutton. Our sightings included:

spicebush swallowtail 1

cabbage white 1

clouded sulphur 4

pearl crescent 17

common ringlet 25

Peck's skipper 1

tawny-edged skipper 2 (one male and one female)

long dash 1

zabulon skipper 1

The many bobolinks were a lovely sight as well!
