Hi all --

Is anyone interested in leading a MA Butterfly Club field trip to Mt. Tom this weekend? It would involve meeting people at the parking lot, helping folks with butterfly identifications, and reporting findings (or designating a participant to do so) here on masslep. If interested, please reply to me or Carol (ca...@massbutterflies.org) by Thursday at midnight. If we don't hear from anyone, we'll cancel the trip and try again next year. Here's the trip description. Please also read on for a new trip just added.

Saturday April 25, 2026 10am
Mt. Tom, Holyoke

Mt. Tom State Reservation is in the heart of the Connecticut River Valley. We will search for Mourning Cloaks, Eastern Comma and Compton Tortoiseshell. We will look for Broad-winged Hawks as well. Meet at the Bray Lake parking lot. Use the Route 5 entrance NORTH of Holyoke, opposite the old SKI OUTLET STORE.  No rain date.
