I have an offline database of Daylite 3.1, while my online database is
lost.
How do I convert my offline database on my laptop into an online one on
my desktop? There is some advice in the Knowledge Base, but that
relates to version 1.x, not 3.x.

(I had hoped to copy my database via a CCC disk imag, but for various
reasons that plan had to be dropped).

Addition:

I just located an old backup on my backup drive. It's 2 months old, but
I could use it to synchronize. Can I just unzip the latest backup on my
desktop computer, then synchronize?

Hi

You can use the instructions at http://www.marketcircle.com/kb/idx/
0/021/article/

Although they say they're for 1.x, they work with 3.x databases as well.

Yes, this worked, and I have everything back to normal again.

Another question: I imported most of my addrtess book data when the
owner was, apparently, set to "Mary Jennings" (the default position),
not "Me". Is there a way to change the global ownership of addresses,
or do I really have to change all the data manually, one by one?
