Rocket launch visibility UPDATE

Because of a significant power outage at California’s Vandenberg earlier this week, the launch of NASA's Interface Region Imaging Spectrograph (IRIS) mission is being delayed one day to 7:27 p.m. PDT on Thursday, June 27.
