A quick note to let you know the surgery went very well; I'm off the IV, on solid foods and walking around (gingerly, of course). I'll be released tomorrow. Still pretty weak though, so I'll write more later. Thank you all for your good thoughts... next up is to return home, begin getting back to normal, and seeing if they were able to remove all the cancer.
