Day 5 - Dave Horn: GUILTY AS CHARGED

As if anyone actually thought Dave Horn would admit how he (allegedly)
got Mr. Gastrich's home address, he still hasn't done so. He also
hasn't proven that he has it, but that's nearly besides the point, now.

This is Horn's response about how he got the private address: "It was
quite easy, in fact, given the contacts and information sources that
are readily available to me."

Obviously, this isn't the reaction of an honest individual who got a
private address through honest means. If Horn had some credibility and
was confident that he was acting in a legal and honest manner, then
he'd quickly admit how he got the private, unlisted, residential
address.

So, we have one of two things:

1) Horn got the address through illegal means
2) Horn doesn't have the address

Either way, Horn is a liar and a fraud. He has had every chance to
redeem himself and will continue to have every chance as the days tick
on. The problem is: he can't, so he won't.
