Diploma Question

Good Morning,

I'm wondering how other schools use the coded diplomas in IC.  They are grayed out so we don't have the ability to adjust any naming.  (We currently add a definition/description at the bottom of the transcript). 

For the Education Disruption diploma do others use the "Other Completer" code?
