I've heard that it's
possible to do track workouts at the UW track, as long as one is willing to put
in some (ahem) extra effort at the outset. (I know about some of the organized
track workouts there, but I can't make it at those times.) Can anyone tell me 1)
if there's any reason that 6 a.m. on a weekday would not be do-able, and 2) if
there is a particular location around the track where it's easiest to enter?
