Tuning our stack - time to ask for help!

Hello Everyone,

We're running into some performance issues with our Rails stack and I need to ask for help, are delivering our application with Puma and NGINX.

I'm looking for hired help to come in and tune our stack.

Do any of you do this professionally or know someone who does? I need assistance.
