Problems with MacFusion following 10.6.3 software update?

Hi,

I just updated to OS X 10.6.3 (automatic system software update), and
this seems to have caused MacFusion to have stopped working.
Following the update I also started in 64bit kernel mode only to find
MacFusion not working (no way of interacting with program other than
start and exit). All the previous mounts I had seem to have
disappeared.

Moving back to 32bit mode, I find the same symptoms which leads me to
believe that it may be due to the OS update.

Has anyone else noticed this?
