Automount?

I have installed Macfusion today and played around with it.
Two questions of which I'm sure other new users will have, too:

What do I have to set, so the Volume mounts automaically after
starting the computer?
How do I get the Icon of the mounted Volume on my Desktop?

Maybe if they get answered here it will help other users who serach
for this.
