MV Chess Players, 

Happy July 4 (+1)!  We hope you had a great weekend celebrating our great country. 

Just a reminder for our in-person meeting this Tuesday (July 7) from 5:30 to 8 pm in the Senior Center.   We should be in the Juniper room (enter through the main door, turn left at the desk, go up the little stairs).

We'll have some puzzles, beginner lessons, and casual games. We'll also have tournament tips for those coming to the tournament later this month (keep an eye out for the email). 

Everyone who shows up on Tuesday will get one of our new MV Chess Club stickers, and we'll have cookies or another snack - so you can't lose (except maybe a game or two... but who cares if there are cookies, right?).
