Watch out, Raspberry Pi: Intel unveils ultra-small Next Unit of Computing PC

My guess is that this will be in the $100 to $200 dollar range. One of the nice features of the Raspberry Pi is that it has SVDIDEO and HDMI outputs. If the NUC ships as planned it may actually be available for purchase before the Raspberry Pi which is still not shipping.
