Notice to all MSRID Members:

These board positions are up for nominations:

1. President

2. Vice-President

3. Secretary

4. Treasurer

5. Board Member for 2 year term



We need your help! Nominate someone today!

Please put some careful thought into whom you would like to nominate
for the above positions. There are several things you need to keep in
mind when making nominations:

· Persons making nominations must be a member of MSRID before
making nomination.

· Persons being nominated for office must be a member in good
standing. According to the MSRID By-Laws the qualifications for
"member in good standing" are to pay the dues in a timely manner and
adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct. RID requires that
affiliate chapter officers also be a member of RID. Nominees may join
RID while waiting for the election, but must be RID members before the
election takes place.

· PLEASE, before making a nomination, confirm that the nominee
will be willing to serve in the office for which you are nominating
them. This is very important. There is no need to nominate someone who
is not willing to serve.

Instructions:

Make your nominations by replying to MSRI...@gmail.com. You may,
if you wish, print the PDF from the "Files" area and mail it to:

Be sure you sign your form before sending it in. If it is returned
from the same email address to which it was sent, this will serve as a
signature. The nomination must be back by NOVEMBER 15, 2009 in order
to be considered. Once the nominees are in and vetted, the election
ballots will go out. Thank you for your continued support.
