Hey Connie,

I just wanted to follow-up and see if everything was set for your move down
to Atlanta. I went down last week and finally decided on the home I'm going
to purchase. It's a brand new 3 bed 3.5 bath in the Cascades area less than
15 minutes from Morehouse Med. If you're still looking for a place, I'm
offering the downstairs room for $500. It comes with a full bath and is on
the first floor so you could have your privacy and quiet. It comes with free
cable,hi-speed wireless, and water. The community includes an olympic size
pool, two tennis courts, basketball courts, and a clubhouse. The house isn't
available until July 17th, but if you were interested and could figure
something out until then, I could offer the rest of the month for free.
I've attached some pics so you could get an idea. There's also a very large
living room and deck. Your room also has patio access and a private back
entrance. I also have an upstairs room for $550 which includes a walk-in
closet.  Anyway regardless of whether or not you're interested in the room,
I'll let you know when I come down and maybe we can catch a drink. And if
you know of anyone still looking for housing, please send them my way.
