Test connection

When I try to carry the test connection, i am getting the following
error.
"F: ConnectServerAndOpenDatabase Can not initialize automation server"
What will be the solution for the above error. I have unistalled the
dd/finplugin and tried, still i am getting the same error.

Hi Srini,
Well its quite a late reply, but for this, you need to check a lot of
things before you can actually move forward to the test connnection1.
.
1. Check the host and services file for both the servers
2. Check for the intallation and finplugin properly
3. Check whether you have properly selected the versions in the
Replication tab. of the servers.
Hope some of this might also help you in future, and Happy posting to
this group.
