Hi Friends,

It’s been long time since I wrote to my this group (being considering myself shy and an introvert) and not taking any action to be with the group.. Now I dropped being shy and introvert J and coming back to my close group BITS FAMILY and wanted to share few things that’s going on in my life and enroll you in that..

I have done landmark forum course in got lot of things that I think were not possible for me (not a sales pitch to sell LANDMARK J).. got committed to my health, wife and company.. The basic course worked on me and did wonders.. Just this weekend I did the advance course and it works on my possibilities that I can create for my group/family/city/country/humanity..

I got hit when I realized that there are areas that I feel a pinch and don’t do anything and so want to share this..

In my company and many other companies we hire B.Tech. students and they do the work that a 10th pass can do (In 1 department.. as they are easily available).. They don’t have the skills that an employer requires and so either they remain unemployed (my brother in law not got a job after couple of years) or do some work that just does not justify the education they have gone through..

So I am picking this life project to empower youth and build skillset in the college students that’s available to us in the industry and make them equivalent to a 2 year experienced person..

I may not be the person who knows it all but I know I am committed to “MAKING A DIFFERNCE” in their life.. I wanted to share this my old group and enroll them in this possibility of making a difference and a SKILLED INDIA along with educated India.

See you all joining this and changing India.

Thanks

Rajesh
