PMS:- LAUNCHING INVEST INDIA STRATEGY

Dear Investors,

 

We are pleased to announce the launch of the PMS:- INVEST INDIA STRATEGY (IIS)

 

Please find attached the presentation, the fee schedules for IIS and the profilers.

 

1. The strategy will be available to the clients from January, 15 2010 to February 27, 2010

a)    February 27, 2010 - Last date of acceptance of forms

b)    March 1, 2010 to March 5, 2010 – Clearance of objections

c)     March 6, 2010 to March 10, 2010 – Deposit of funds/ Funds transfer through electronic means

d)    March 11, 2010 to March, 15 2010 – Activations

e)     March 15, 2010 – Equity Investments

 

All Equity investments in the strategy will be done on a single day.

a)    Clients accounts will be activated 3-4 days prior to date of equity investment

b)    No investments in Liquid funds will be done in the clients accounts on receipt of funds; Funds will be lying unutilized till investments in Equity are done

c)     Stocks inwarded will be sold on the date of equity investments only and aligned to the model portfolio

d)    The value of the stocks inwarded will remain unchanged, initial corpus will taken as the inward value only.

For Additional funds (Top-ups) brought in IIS

a)    The charging of entry fees and management fees will be done pro-rata for the year.

b)    Please clarify the same with BO before taking top-ups from the clients for IIS.
