All,

did you already take a look to the devices Scott Cowling was speaking of during his talk at QRPARCI
meeting ?

See at

http://www.zephyrengineering.com/sdrstick/SDR_stick_prods.html

alas (due to the time zone and my real life job) I was able to follow very partially the talk (was
held on Thursday 17th May 2012 at 12:00z), and the podcast is made available to QRPARCI members only.

A small recap of Scott presentation is found on TAPR bulletin PSR #118 SPRING 2012.

I think UDPSDR-HF1 plus BeMicro FPGA (a less that 200USD set), could be a good competitor on SR/MoBo
field (on paper has the same capabilities of a Perseus).

Interesting and competitive with the old QSD stuff if the price outside the US doesn't follow the "dollar plus VAT" policy of the Japanese.

There is a guy from Yaesu UK at my radio club next month. I will hit him with the SDR-stick and Flex6000 brochures!

Hi Andrea,
I had been looking around the site last week but found very little by
way of detail on his UDFSDR but his presentation supplied quite a lot.
I'll ckeck out that URL.

Also from Russia the SunSDR2 makes me think I would love one, sadly not
possible currently.

Wish I had kept the URL of where I got the full description and
pictures. I'm looking around sunsdr.com to see if I can find a link.
