You are having IQ imbalance which can be caused by many things.

Is it a hardware problem? Which sound card are you using? Did you cross the audio connectors? Etc etc.

Is it a software problem? Have you tried quisk, sdr-shell, psdr or rocky etc?

You might like to check the soft rock 40 archive Ti read about debugging IQ imbalances.
