Widget of the Inbox or a shortcut straight into the Inbox?

Basically looking for a way to get into the Inbox view as quickly as possible.  Either a widget showing the inbox right on my desktop or a shortcut button (or even just an Intent?  I could make a button w/ Tasker) that enters straight into the Inbox view.

Is this possible and how to go about it?

dont think there is an option for that. for now the widget has limited option (only default views) to display data.
