Dear Members;

The message sent on Wed 3/14 contained some incorrect information
about Spring Fling.

Please note that donations for the Silent Auction should be dropped
off at Bethany Lutheran between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM on Friday, 3/23.

Below is the updated information that was mailed in a letter to
congregations in February. If you have any questions please call Jim
Glynn at 816.931.0027. We apologize for any confusion this has
caused.

The Spring Fling is a fun-filled event to raise necessary funds for
the Metro Lutheran Ministry Christmas Store. Please join us in
supporting this terrific event.

Spring Fling for Metro Lutheran Ministry Christmas Store
Saturday, March 24, 8 a.m. until Noon
Bethany Lutheran Church, 91st & Lamar, Overland Park, Kansas

Tickets are $5 in advance or $6 at the door. The ticket price
includes the all you can eat pancake breakfast, and for children,
breakfast and five game punches. Please note that the pancake
breakfast will stop serving at 11:00 a.m.

Spring Fling Festivities Include:
· All you can eat pancake breakfast by Chris Cakes
· Silent Auction
· Craft Sale
· Bake Sale
· Candy Sale
· Games
· Sheridan's Frozen Custard
· An opportunity to meet the MLM Staff and learn more about the
ministry

Please sell tickets between March 4 and March 23. Additional tickets
can be obtained by calling Jim Glynn at the MLM office 816-931-0027.
Money collected should be delivered to Lisa Peck in a sealed envelope,
labeled with your congregation's name, the day of the event.

As a reminder, all donations for the various sales and auction will be
accepted at Bethany Lutheran Church the evening of March 23 between 4
p.m. and 6 p.m. If you have any questions, please contact Jim Glynn.
