The 15th IEEE Workshop on Image, Video, and Multidimensional Signal Processing (IVMSP 2026)
Dates: 16–19 June 2026
Venue: Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School (SIGS), Shenzhen, China
Website: https://ivmsp2026.aconf.org/index.html (Temporary website, the official IEEE website is under preparation)
IVMSP 2026 is the 15th in the biennial series organized by the Image, Video, and Multidimensional Signal Processing Technical Committee (IVMSP TC) of the IEEE Signal Processing Society, with the aim to promote and guide advancements in image, video, and multidimensional signal processing. This includes areas listed under all EDICS categories of the IEEE Transactions on Image Processing and the IEEE Transactions on Computational Imaging, as well as under the EDICS subcategory “Multidimensional Signal Processing” of the IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing. The theme of this year’s workshop is
“Image and Video for Multimodality AI”。We are currently calling for special session proposals and tutorial proposals. Please see the information below for details.
Deadline:
October 15th , 2025 (Special Session) and
November 15th , 2025 (Tutorial)
-------------------------------------IVMSP 2026 invites Special Session proposals spotlighting emerging, cross‑disciplinary, or rapidly advancing topics that have not been covered by regular tracks, and poised to have significant impact.
Aims & PositioningSpecial Sessions should:
- Focus community attention on key scientific/engineering challenges and opportunities;
- Gather leading researchers and practitioners to present novel methods, systems, and applications;
- Catalyze collaboration and broaden participation.
Proposal Requirements (single PDF)- Session title.
- Organizers (names, affiliations, emails) and short bios highlighting relevance to the topic.
- Rationale & overview (≤ 500 words): significance, novelty, fit to IVMSP, and timeliness.
