I am hiring a Research Administration Specialist to support a growing interdisciplinary research portfolio spanning machine learning, remote sensing, and applications in Earth and planetary sciences at Arizona State University's School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping ambitious research happen and thrives at the intersection of research operations, project management, proposal coordination, partnerships, and student support. The position will support projects involving AI for Earth observation and planetary science, including collaborations with NASA, the Famine Early Warning Systems Network, and other partners. 

We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and excited about enabling research with real-world impact. Candidates with experience in research administration, project/program management, or technical/research environments are especially encouraged to apply.

Salary: ~$70k–100k DOE
