IIT Palakkad invites applications for faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level in all areas of data science and artificial intelligence.

AREAS

We welcome applications across the breadth of the field, including but not limited to: machine learning and deep learning; computer vision; natural language processing and speech; reinforcement learning; classical AI, knowledge representation and planning; optimisation; human-computer interaction; bioinformatics; MLOps and AI systems; and responsible and trustworthy AI. Candidates whose work bridges these areas with the physical sciences, engineering, or the social sciences are equally encouraged to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS

A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline and a strong record of publication at leading venues in data science and artificial intelligence. Post-doctoral or industrial research experience is valued but not required.
