We’re thrilled to announce that registration for the 7th Oxford Machine Learning School (OxML 2026) is now open!

Register here: www.oxfordml.school/register

OxML is the world’s largest advanced applied AI bootcamp — bringing together top researchers, industry experts, and practitioners from around the world.

The 2026 edition offers three advanced modules, blending rigorous technical depth with practical, hands-on learning — available both in Oxford and online.

(1) MLx Cases

May 2026 | Online | Duration: 6 days

A hands-on, practical programme designed for those who want to build AI models, agents, and products from scratch.

You’ll learn to:

  • Develop RL models for gaming and robotics
  • Construct diffusion models for images and sequences
  • Build a MiniGPT
  • Create AI agents for research, programming, and workflow automation

(2) MLx Health & Bio

10–13 July 2026 | Oxford Mathematical Institute & Online (~30 hours | ~12 speakers)

Explore how representation learning, and generative AI are transforming healthcare, biomedical science, and drug discovery.

Topics include:

  • AI in Imaging
  • Computational biology (Proteomics, Genomics, …)
  • Real-world data (EHR, wearable data, …)
  • Multi-omics
  • Drug discovery
  • Population health & epidemiology of diseases
  • ...

(3) MLx Rep Learning and Gen. AI

July 2026 | Oxford Mathematical Institute & Online (~30 hours | ~12 speakers)

Stay ahead of the curve in representation learning and generative AI.

This year, we will have a special sub-module on AI for Mathsin collaboration with Renaissance Philanthropy.

You’ll learn about:

  • More familiar ML topics such as Bayesian ML, causal inference, …
  • Frontier image, language, and video models
  • Multi-modal representation learning
  • World models and Agentic systems/workflows
  • Memory & reasoning models
  • Robotics & embodied intelligence
  • AI for maths (e.g., symbolic discovery, and theorem proving)

Join us this year to learn, build, and connect with the global AI community.

Places are limited — early registration is strongly recommended.

Note: A 40% discount is offered to all full-time students and applicants in full-time affiliation with organisations in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).

We look forward to welcoming you to OxML 2026!

Warm regards,

The OxML Team
