The Department of Informatics at King's College London is looking to appoint a Research Associate
to work on the EPSRC project "A framework for evaluating and explaining the robustness of NLP models" led by Dr Oana Cocarascu,
starting in June 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter. The project focuses on developing approaches to evaluate the robustness of NLP models, in particular for argument mining and fact verification in various modalities, and to generate explanations
for robustness failures.
The application deadline is 19 March 2024.
Please note that this is a PhD level role but candidates who have submitted their thesis and
are awaiting award of their PhDs will be considered. In these circumstances the appointment will be made as a Research Assistant and updated to Research Associate upon confirmation of the award of the PhD.
Best,
Oana
