I'm looking for outstanding candidates to apply for a post-doc fellowship in the area of world models and reinforcement learning for traffic signal control at the University of Toronto.
The candidate should have an extensive publication record in top-tier machine and reinforcement learning venues and ideally some publications and/or experience in traffic systems.
Post-docs are expected to publish in top research venues, to produce high-quality deliverable code for use by research funding partners, and to help provide research supervision.
Deadline: Supported applicants will need to prepare and submit a fellowship application by early February 2026 with notification in April 2026. Commencement of the post-doc would be expected no later than September 2026.
