We are seeking researchers whose work bridges theory and practice in areas such as:

  • Machine Learning and Deep Learning

  • Natural Language Processing and Multimodal Data

  • Physics-Informed Neural Networks

  • Responsible and Trustworthy AI

  • Computational Neuroscience

  • Autonomous Agents

  • Data Engineering and Data Mining

One of the two positions is reserved exclusively for women, as part of our institutional commitment to advancing gender equity in academia.

Responsibilities include: conducting impactful research (independent and collaborative), teaching in the Master’s in Data Science and related undergraduate programs, supervising students, designing new electives, and contributing to Chile’s growing AI ecosystem through partnerships with research centers such as:

💰 Salary range (Assistant Professor): CLP $3.4M–4.0M/month (~USD 3,670–4,320 before taxes), plus project-based supplements.
