Manage Successful Impact Evaluations |

Course Description The course is designed to improve the skills and knowledge of staff and STCs supporting impact evaluations (IE), familiarizing them with critical issues in IE implementation, recurring challenges, and cutting-edge technologies. The course will cover impact evaluation tools and concepts, but the primary focus is on how to successfully manage impact evaluations in the field. Morning sessions will be lecture format, and afternoon sessions will be interactive lab sessions, giving participants a first-hand opportunity to apply what they have learned. All morning sessions will be live-streamed; remote participation is encouraged.
Learning Objectives Participants will learn to: · Plan for and supervise high-quality surveys · Design and program electronic survey instruments · Monitor data quality and provide real-time feedback to field teams · Manage complex survey data and produce descriptive analysis for policy makers · Work with dynamic documents to increase transparency and reproducibility of research outputs · Leverage qualitative research techniques for quantitative IEs
