I checked in downstairs and I think the desks will be perfect for putting together to make 6 stations or tables. I guess the portable tables they’ve used in the past have gone missing anyway and in order to use them we would have to remove the desks which doesn’t really make any sense.
There are plenty of chairs in the room and in the hallway.
Refreshments must be served and consumed in the hallway.
I have: table cloths, the lightbulbs, the MEC banner, and the kiosk poster which we could put up on a door or something to attract attention. I will bring cider and cups and may bake something if time allows.
Brigid will confirm that the Mayor is coming today.
I think that’s everything on my list. See you at 1:00 here at City Hall on Sunday.

Subject: Tables for event
I just realized we will need more tables than previously mentioned:
Sign-in table
NSL table
Eastern Bank table
Refreshments table
Non profit Q&A table
Kids activities table(s)
Does City have tables or do we have to make do with the Aldermen desks? I will ask Doug to bring his folding table.
Also, I'm assuming refreshments should be set up outside the room?
