On November 3, at the Columbia Public Library, the Missouri Environmental Summit will be discussing and voting on issues to lobby for during the 2008 legislative session.  I will be attending to push for the Missouri Night Sky Preservation Act:  http://darkskycamping.googlepages.com/missourinightskyprotectionact

I believe the Columbia Astronomy Club will be helping handing out flyers.  If successful, we may pick up some paid lobbyist to help us.
