Initial Draft of Columbia, MO Exterior Lighting Code

Here is the link to the latest draft of the lighting ordinance on the

Note it is marked "working draft"... the Commission will have another
two work sessions on Wednesday and Thursday next week at 5:30 pm. The
document will change, and then we will post a second, revised "public
hearing draft" for the continued public hearing on August 24, 2006. Let
me know if you would like additional details.

Thank you for your interest in our ordinance and the references. We do
have a copy of the IDA model code and handbook; a good source.
