I would like to extend a thank you to Rebecca for taking the lead for the McCormick Center  nd continuing this discussion after the Leadership Connections conference. Rebecca provided such insightful responses to all the wonderful posts that it was a learning experience that extended far beyond the classroom.  A big thank you to all of you who participated in the discussion and we hope to see you at the Leadership Connections conference next year, May 10-12, 2012.
