About the expert: Rebecca Temple Isbell, Ed.D. is the director of the Center of Excellence in Early Childhood Learning and Development and professor of Early Childhood Education at East Tennessee State University. She directed the development of a PhD in Early Childhood Education and was a featured expert on Kentucky Public Broadcasting’s eight-part series, “Art from the Heart,” which focused on the use of the arts with young children. Dr. Isbell is the author of The Complete Book of Learning Centers for Young Children.
