Dear Newsgroup:
So far you have seen my colonial expansions for many countries as well
as France.
As mentioned before the nature of colonies will be completely for the
best interests of the mother country as well as their colonies (not
like slavery in WWII Germany).
Thus it is expected that the mother countries provide health,
education, housing, better management of the resources, increase in
food productions as well as technologies and nuclear energy for
peaceful use etc.
It is also of demand that colonial expansions will substantially
reduce Arms race, and those companies currently dealing in arms
dealing issues with other nations, need to transfer their business to
making hospitals, universities, useful home technologies, agricultural
and fresh water developments etc.
I have noted that colonial expansions are vital for many reasons of
solving internal problems of major countries (those with nuclear
capabilities), otherwise we will see probability of missiles
developments and occurrence of nuclear wars with higher percentage.
These events are part of global strategy to reduce worldwide tensions
and thus will result in sound possibility of Middle East peace plan
(as well as other parts of the world) for the next 600 years.
In my fourth phase of the operation for the Middle East peace plan; I
would like to suggest the following:
1-France and Germany will have Libya as their colonial country (half
each).
2-Obviously the seat of Libya will be removed from the UN and will be
included in the seats of France and Germany in the UN.
3- it is beneficial to other colonies of France (such as Poland,
Austria and East Timor) and also those of Germany, that once their
colonies expanded there are more opportunities to have an outstanding
management practiced, throughout in any empire (particularly in
disasters, shortages of energy and food, environmental or earthquake
problems, etc).
4-Those gaining colonies should note that we have massive problems in
Africa and when time comes they need to take care of many poor areas
of African continent for the internal developments and constructions
(so please do not shy away from Africa’s massive problems).
More colonies expected for France and Germany as well as others.
We need to act soon not five years later.

The expansion of Japan in the area is essential to balance the forces
between two large populated nations (over a billion) and with nuclear
capabilities; these are countries of China and India.
Thus I would like to suggest the following:
1-South Korea will be the colony of Japan
2-North Korea will be a colony of Germany and Japan (half each).
While North Korea has nuclear capabilities with missiles in place, but
those are not instruments of well being of their citizens.
Germany and Japan will have many colonies and with their first class
technologies are beneficial to the North Korean colonies (and its
citizens).
I am sure as the time increases one can persuade the future of the
countries in nuclear age that, it is not the old nationalism but the
new colonial developments in the good sense and laws for their
existence of the next 600 years (not annihilation in nuclear wars and
permanent environmental damage to the earth).
3-I am sure the highest agricultural and technological help will be
forwarded to the North Korea as their colonies.
After all the nuclear capabilities of North Korea will be transferred
to Japan and Germany.

Pakistan, Argentina and Chile
Dear Newsgroup:
I have been taking about some kind of strategic balance in the Asia by
expansion of Japan because of populace (over a billion) countries like
China and India, with nuclear arms capabilities.
We have noted that it was essential to have North Korea as a colony of
Germany and Japan, with its nuclear technology transferred over to its
mother countries (namely in a good hands, because of their alliance
with the USA and EU).
I have also mentioned many advantages of being part of such colonial
rulers.
I would like to suggest the following:
2-Palistan will also have Afghanistan and possibly entire Kashmir
(Indian controlled) as its new colonies.
3-The other half of Kuwait will be new colonies of Argentina and Chile
(one quarter each).
This hopefully alleviates some of South America’s energy problems, as
Argentina, Chile and Brazil will acquire more colonies not only in
South America as well as other places.
I believe such a structure will enable Pakistan (a nuclear country) to
manage issues and forces particularly related to China and India.
It might be even of more interest that Pakistan to be in general in
charge of Afghanistan and American and EU as well as others may
substantially reduces their presence of Armed forces from the country.
I believe if such pressures not removed in the way I have described,
there will be difficulties for American solders leave their posts in
Iraq and certainly no Middle East peace as well.
Sooner or later whoever is in charge of the presidency of the USA need
to face the facts about the real issues in the world crises (not
rhetoric) and I am sure they will study my proposals.
I have been studying these issues at least for the past 15 years in
depth (so I know what I am talking about!).

Iran And Syria
Dear Newsgroup:
I would like to summarize the many phases of recommendations I have
already provided for the Middle East Area:
1-The city of Jerusalem will be a colony of Turkey.
2-Saudi Arabia will be partitioned between the nations Jordan (having
the city of Mecca), Egypt and Turkey (the rest).
3-Dubai will be a colony of Italy and Spain.
4-Libya will be partitioned as colonies of France and Germany.
5-Kuwait will be portioned between Pakistan (half), Argentina and
Chile (each quarter).
The other member of Cartel in the South America:
6- Venezuela will be partitioned between three countries Brazil
(half),
Argentina and Chile (a quarter each).
In designing such maps I felt there is strategies and correlation and
balance between three countries mentioned on N0.2 and 6.
If we implement those necessary steps to adjust massive tensions in
the Middle East and somehow reduce it to more or less a normal stage,
I see the events will AUTOMATICALL force the partition of Iraq (THERE
WILL BE NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE!), thus:
A- Iraq would be a colony of Iran and Syria
Because of the population of the countries and their position in the
area I would like to suggest the following:
B-1/3 of Iraq would be for Syria and the rest (2/3) will be the colony
of Iran (perhaps the northern part).
The usual demands for all the countries as mentioned above (i.e..
building hospitals, houses, food, refugee issues, etc) will remain the
same.
I see no other ways to solve the issue of foreign army presence in
Iraq but the only solution would be implementation of my proposed
colonial expansions.
Thus it is better the leaders stop rhetoric and start acting (I see
the current planning of the USA about Iraq totally naïve).
I request immediate cooperation of the all countries involved
including the USA and EU as well as Russia and Japan.

I know that some of former Soviet Union countries (like Poland and
Ukraine) do not want to be associated with Russia.
First of all the Russia during the communism with their gulags and
sever human right abuses and events like Famine in Ukraine is much
different than Russia of post 1991 years.
Secondly Russia like other major countries should have a reasonable
number of colonies to balance the colonial interests of others.
Certainly we do not want to repeat the failures of France’s Napoleon
or Germany during the WWII.
I would like to suggest the following:
1-Russia will have the entire Hungry as its colony.
There will be more opportunities for Russia to gain more colonies with
others in different continents after we have implemented some of the
proposals of new maps.
2- Finland will be partitioned as new colonies of Brazil and Sweden.
3- Sweden will also have Norway and Iceland as its colonies.
Eventually the world crises will converge to the points where forming
colonies in good sense will manifest itself (possibly about a decade),
similar to partition of the past supper power of former Soviet Union
into smaller countries (in reverse order).

While my writings occupied a considerable amount of my time and
research, I sometimes find time to cook these days. I am pretty
occupied continuously to release my decade’s works here and I am
certain the leaders will notice it.
These ideas of map of the world consumed my mind for years (some about
a decade).

The idea of Brazil and Sweden share a colony in Eastern Europe was
necessary because of Brazil and Russia are both giants of South
America and Eastern Europe respectively and I needed to balance their
positions bearing in mind the catholic population in Latin America as
well as orthodox Christians in Russia (both with deep anti -Semitics
history in Christianity).
Obviously in my calculations in terms of balance of forces it greatly
matters whether for example a place has considerable number of
Catholics or not (thus I need to assess its forces relative to
Jerusalem), similarly Islam.
I have not yet said anything about Africa (waiting until
implementation of some of my proposals).
Until I secure enough richer states for the colonial rulers, I cannot
request their investments in Africa.
This is because Africa has much more massive problems with huge
investments needed to cure its cause.
Thus those gaining colonies please note that you also need to accept
responsibilities to solve Africa’s problems as well.
So, please do not shy away from Africa when the time comes.
Yes since particularly the last two weeks, days and nights I have been
occupied (possibly 20 hours a day) to report my ideas of international
geopolitics to you.

The selection of vice presidency for Mr. McCain is a very important
step for his presidency; at the time of posting this article still it
is not clear who is his choice.
Looks like my recommendation of Mrs. Clinton is also out of the
question.
Normally a large establishment is involved in the selection process.
There are considerable differences of the structure of policy
determination and from philosophical point of view and map of the
world between the USA policies and mine.
For example I believe the USA is measuring all of its policies
relative to the interests of Israel in the first place and the rest of
the world second.
This is because of a very great influence of the Jews in America. I
believe as crises increases eventually they will lose much of their
power as time goes on.
On the contrary, I do design my structure of thinking with respect to
the world in the first place and naturally Israel is involved too.
However I try to distance myself from Israel as much as I could,
because I believe they have 3000 years of survival in sometimes-
difficult anti-semetic environments and I better not to involve myself
in their affairs directly!
Thus they know better than anyone else how to conduct their own
affairs and also I do not want to accept any guilt regarding the
second Holocaust.
My strategy of solving problems is like keeping the sun in the centre
and the planets circling around it.
On the contrary the USA strategy is like pre Galileo time, i.e. the
earth is the centre and the planets and sun turning around it!
I hope Mr. McCain’s choice will incorporate some of my recommendations
about how some restrictions might be needed in the USA government
particularly in academia and the relationship with the established
regions.
By the way if you are concerned why I am posting these issues here, it
is because the issues are related to academia and since I am
mathematician, you need to write to the math community why they behave
like a child.
Tell them their view of the mathematics is like children’s toy, thus

There is no doubt that Mr. McCain’s excellent and very wise choice of
his vice president Mrs. Palin will have a lot of good opportunities
for the Middle East Issues.
You have seen my proposals of Middle East, and in its implementations,
one needs to look at a very critical issue of oil pricing and its
distribution.
Mrs. Palin is expertise in oil and Gas issues in Alaska, thus her
knowledge is vital for formulation of my eventual colonial policies in
the Middle East.
This is because as a result, America needs to get a best deal with
much reduced oil and gas prices.
After all the USA should help my efforts in the Middle East.

I have to let Mr.Putin to know that I have seriously calculated Maps
for the world stability.
It is not clear that Russia will have part of Georgia as its colony.
Currently Germany, Turkey as well as Argentina and Chile are
candidates having territories in the Eastern Europe like Georgia, and
I have not yet made my mind.
I have studied these issues within more than 2 decades of in-depth
research, and I am sure the world leaders including you will trust an
independent broker like myself to assess the situation and provide
recommendations.
Thus while Russia is expected to have more colonies in other places
Georgia possibly is not one of them.
Georgia like many other smaller countries in the Eastern Europe will
be partitioned. And decision on my map recommendation needs a lot of
world leaders to put a focus on the issues.
I suppose since the Middle East issues are currently hot topics, with
oil prices, I suppose you need also to look at my Middle East
proposals.

UK Economic Crisis

Darling warns of economic crisis
Also it was written:
“The UK is facing its worst economic crisis in 60 years, Chancellor
Alistair Darling has admitted”.
Well, Obviously the UK is in crises.
When the Great Britain championed the cause of humanity during
the WWII, the UK had a large colonial empire. Nothing left now
including for others as well.
I would like to recommend the government of the UK seriously pay
attention to my colonial expansion proposals particularly for the
Great Britain starting with the Central America proposal and those of
Canada and Australia in the first instance.
You need to have a sound policy and programs in the Middle East as
mentioned thus you need to get raid of Mr. Tony Blair (none of his
policies are effective any more).
You need to persuade Italy, France and Germany about similar issues.
Why don’t you invite me there for serious talks perhaps initiating
“Institute of Colonial Expansion”?
You need to talk to people who are interested for the future
developments of world not those creating a cancer for the UK.
We need to talk soon.

Italy needs to solve the issue of Dubai in the first instance (with

The USA and I
Dear Newsgroup:
I have already declared my proposals for the betterment of the world
for the next 600 years through my maps of the future world.
Obviously the USA is the supper power and should place his stamp of
approvals to the implementation of the programs.
As we have seen the USA will have new colonies like in Hong Kong as
well as some part of the Northern Island and may be more.
The USA has always been enthusiastic for the Middle East peace plan
and I am sure they will seriously study my proposals.
This is because their ideas has not been working since the last 60
years, and the empty promise of hope will not solve the problems,
unless we have a concrete maps to follow like my proposals in the
status of Jerusalem.
The Palestinian position is East Jerusalem to be the capital of the
future state and this idea I believe has never been working.
Thus for many practical reasons relative the new structure of maps in
the region, I believe the status of entire Jerusalem for colony of
Turkey is a viable one.
Thus there is no alternative but the Palestinians find their capital
outside Jerusalem, otherwise simply their demands unfortunately not
practically workable (because I believe Israeli government (not its
people) must evacuate the Jerusalem and hand it over to Turkey).
This is the real and beginning solution in the region.
There are considerable differences of the structure of policy
determination between the USA policies and mine (and from
philosophical point of view and map of the world).
For example I believe the USA is measuring all of its policies
relative to the interests of Israel in the first place and the rest of
the world second.
This is because of a very great influence of the Jews in America.
I
believe as crises increases eventually they will lose much of
their real
powers as time goes on.
On the contrary, I do design my structure of thinking with respect
to
the world in the first place and naturally Israel is involved too.
However I try to distance myself from Israel as much as I could,
because I believe they have 3000 years of survival in sometimes_
difficult anti-Semitic environments and I better not to involve myself
also the earth is flat!
Another very sensitive issue and the difference between the USA and I,
is regarding RACM and RELM.
This means that we are in an era whereby need to moderately apply the
laws particularly with regard to affirmative action and the position
of minorities in the governments and academia (i.e. there is a radius
of acceptability in law).
This is just my recommendation as a problem solver with regard to the
religious establishment and it is not necessarily my own viewpoints.
But it seems the promotion of Mr.Obama will result massive sensitive
positions to be assigned to minorities, thus I believe will reverse
the progress.
So far Mr. McCain played a very wise and excellent selection for his
vice president.
I am sure he will incorporate some of my recommendations in moderation
I see a much better future for the USA as Mr.McCain/Mrs.Palin
intending to shack up the Washington.
Simply the world crises demand it.
