The Future Company

Once membership is sufficiently increased in any Basti Newsgroup, we
will transfer the site to a private Web host and charge an appropriate
fee for services.

Members have opportunity to join the new company.

1-Certainly we will register the new company officially with a name
such as (Directive Newsgroup) as well as a logo trademark.

2-A legal constitution will be written for a global company, and
members will have a chance to have franchises of the company in their
own country or territory.

3-Company will then require more information about each member such as
address and telephone number or credit card information (similar to
any other global companies).

This information will be kept confidential subject to the laws of a
multi-national company.

It is for the benefit of our members to know our fee charges in
advance.

4- the fee (in the future company) will be $5 US for those in the USA,
$5 CND for those living in Canada (for every 3 months of the service).

This is a price of a hamburger with a drink in America.

And this is only an estimate; it could be subject to change,
(depending on number of members in the future).

5-The fee (in the future company) for other countries will vary.

Generally prices will be at the level of a hamburger and a drink in
their own country (in every three months) or not much far away prices
(very affordable to average citizens).

6- Company would like to facilitate opening up its franchises in many
countries in their own language.

Certainly other regulations about fees and customer related
information would be noted at the time when the company is officially
formed.
