Dear Newsgroup:
Mehran Basti received his Ph.D. degree in ordinary differential
equations (qualitative theory) from Churchill College, the Cambridge
University in 1979.

He has published papers (refereed) on asymptotic behavior of systems
of ordinary differential equations.
He has lectured in several colleges and universities in Canada and the
U.S.A (also overseas).
His post Ph.D. research interests (since 1980) are within the domain
of the classical mathematics, topics such as exact (closed form)
solutions of Riccati and polynomial equations.
He is in process of writing his lecture notes in “ New Exact
Math” (about 1200 pages with software):

The lecture notes will be written on Maple worksheets (along with
Maple programming) and will be available on a CD as independent
publication.
