I've checked in the development files for the web site located at:
http://mbcx.sourceforge.net.

I wrote it in Java using Eclipse and the GWT (Google Web Toolkit).
You'll need java and eclipse installed if you want to change it. The
included GWT compiler makes non-java specific web files to actually
deploy, so the server doesn't need to have Java in order to serve the
pages up.

It's pretty generic now, just some links and the SF logo (as required).

I'll spruce it up as we go along.
