Dear everyone,
I have made a video tutorial for performing niche identity tests using the 'ENMTools' package in R. The tutorial is written on a Linux operating system, but R/RStudio is for any operating system, as most of you know, so the operating system really does not matter.
Niche identity tests in this case are for testing whether two species distribution models are significantly different from each other.
This tutorial utilizes the ENMTools package within R, which is easier to use than the older stand-alone ENMTools software that was written in PERL.
You do NOT need to have the Java version of Maxent installed for this tutorial, as Maxent is now built into R using the 'maxnet' function of the "Maxent" package. This package is a built-in dependency of the ENMTools package.
