Hi again docents,
Please see below – I just got this e-mail from Emmanuel at Orpheo.
I trust each of you to handle your own tour, but I would suggest that your rule of thumb be that if you have more than 5 attendees you should just skip The Campbell maybe?
I’m just the messenger…..
Thanks all,
Ted

Subject: Campbell Apartment Request
Hi Ted,
I just met with Elphin Murren, the General Manager of The Campbell at Grand Central. There's a minor issue with the amount of people that come into the bar during the tours.
The docents can hang around the waiting area / lobby with the tour party and give them a breakdown of the area, which is usually the normal procedure. That is fine, but he would appreciate if we can limit the amount of people who come into the Apartment to take a look at the bar to 5 people at a time.
Kindly pass this on to the docents, so all of us are on the same page.
Thanks in advance.
