Dear Racers,
Unfortunately, we’re going to have cancel Trade Zone #3. We’ve had a disagreement with building management. It was mainly over them accusing us of leaving trash in the parking lot. Now, we always did a sweep through the parking lot to make sure there wasn’t any trash. However, maybe someone was missed? Who really knows if that’s the true reason.
Regardless, when promoters ask you to clean up after yourselves at a race this is one of the main reasons why. They do not want us in their parking lots anymore. My team is not blaming anyone. This is one of those inevitable things where you “Overstay your welcome”.
It has simply been a joy to put on this race. We thank everyone for their participation and their continued support of Bike Doctor/Richardson Bike Fit. The early racing was a blast. My team and I will regroup and we will think of something new for early spring in 2027.
