Hello!

Well, one thing you cannot say is that if I am knocked down I won't get up...in fact, I not only get up, but I am ready to fight! Or run a marathon, or change the situation! I have a few plans in the burner, but I am offering my services to all who are interested as a personal trainer: I can train in home, do a group class for an event, and I can work with people with injuries, pregnant women, seniors, and other considerations. I teach Pilates, Weights, step/cardio drills, and yoga with a focus on body mechanics and proper alignment.

Next, I would like to mention that I have just started Angrichik Music and Fitness LLC, and although my original thought was to become a label, I have decided to become a non-exclusive booking agent. My main focus will be in (but not limited to) the east coast. Interested parties should either: a) have a kick ass cover band with touring experience, b) be able to do originals and covers, c) if original, have at least one packaged CD that has hit the college or mainstream market.I will consider both bands and acoustic acts, as well as dance artists.

Finally, SPEND VALENTINE's DAY WITH ME!!!!!

Check out our kick ass review in the Jersey beat (Thanks, Phil)

Kama Linden (www.kamalinden.com), and Sean Dougherty opened the night with some of freshest acoustic pop this side of Kelly Clarkson and Evenesence (Kama sights both as part of her inspirations). And you know what, it works! Kama's acoustic set was heartfelt, melodic rock that was to me, more reminiscent of Ani Defranco but still cool. The way Kama easily opens up her stories (which are somewhere between a whisper and a scream), is magnetic. Pain and pleasure are woven into songs like "Bitter Lemon," and "Young and Pretty." The way she can phrase a song feels like a gentle kiss or a punch in the face. Either is intoxicating.

Since aol will not let me hyperlink, check out my myspace/kamalinden for other interviews (Max Heat, home grown radio nj).

Also thanks to all who have purchased UNINHIBITED 2006.
