Okay, only two people sent me times that they could meet and it looks
like it would have to be from 4-5 on Wednesdays. If this is a
problem, you need to email me right away because I am looking for a
location to meet at that time slot. I'm free after 12 everyday so I
can meet anytime after that, in case anyone is wondering. I'd like to
shoot for weekly meetings if possible but we can do bi-weekly if
needed.
Also, I plan on submitting the constitution this week. I need the two
people who said they'd be officers as well to email me (was it Jarred
and Charlie?). Positions aren't important right now as the request
form only says "group leader/president", "officer 1," and "officer
2." I'll be posting my name as the group leader because this is the
person they will contact. I just need to other people to list for
officers. Here shortly I'll be sending an email to our advisor as
well to make sure he is informed about the RSO decision because his
name will need to be on the form as well. Anyone who has any changes
they'd like for the constitution should probably get that in ASAP.
