Google checkout PDF edition: email addresses

If you use Google Checkout to order PDF editions of Looking Up (see http://www.lookingupautism.org/pdf-subscribe.html) , we recommend that, during the ordering process, you do not tick the box which says 'Keep my email address confidential'. 

If you choose this option, then the only email address available to us will be a special Google Checkout email address, and these special email addresses gave problems when we tried to deliver the PDF edition of Volume 5 Number 4.

Hopefully Google have resolved these issues now, but it is probably safer if we can send the PDF issues directly to your actual email address.

The PDF edition is usually about 1.5 megabytes in size, so you should also let us know if your mailer is likely to have problems with PDF attachments of that size.
