Dear Task Force members,
Based on your responses to the surveys, please hold Thursday, October 21 starting at 9:00 AM for your final meeting. No date met everyone’s schedule but this date was the most promising.
We are busily seeking a location for the meeting and will let you know as soon as possible.
The goal is to wrap by 12:00 or 12:30 so we will have to be judicious in our use of the morning. To help focus the discussion, we will send a marked version of the draft recommendations highlighting the changes from this weekend and areas need further discussion. That is likely to go out to you on Monday by mid-day.
