Is there a phone directory for this year?

I have ones for the past two years and use them regularly but there are new students and changed number and I was hoping there was a new one to be had.

I wanted to make another one this year, but so far I've been turned down.  I would still love to do it again.  I have the template on my computer, so there wouldn't be as much work involved this year.

If you are thinking about doing a directory, we use the following
system (http://evrits.com/) at Meigs for
our directory database. You can see that MLK, Hume Fogg, Harpeth
Valley, and others also use this.
Here is info from their web...
EVRITS is an online database and communication program. It allows
schools and parent organizations to consolidate multiple databases for
simplified management. In addition it has modules to: simplify e-mail
communications between a school (teachers, administration and parent
organizations) and students and parents; fundraising, volunteer
recruitment and school directories both printed and online. In
addition, it can be customized for special situations.

It's also great for plugging in what volunteer areas people checked
that they would help with and then you can direct your emails straight
to those folks. You can also search by profession for a specific PTO
need. Just about all the kids at Meigs opted in to be listed, along
with their parents, and the 8th grade Art made a great cover for the
printed copy that went home to all the families.
Hope it helps,
Cori Morris
