[Hx4700-port] Power saving and charging thru USB

I'm unsure where to report bugs (?) like this, maybe here?
I have opie-0.8.4.-rc2.3 installed.
1. 4700 doesn't charge via USB cradle. The "charge" loght blinks, but actually it discharges faster then charges. Can I set it up to "charge fast at USB", like in PocketPC?
When I set discharged device to USB, it stays dark for some tens of minutes, then charge light begins to blink, then the device tries to boot, fails on penguin console stage, and falls asleep again. It happens continuously.
2. After full charge, I had opie-player play at full volume for about an hour. Then the device went to sleep, but totally discharged in 16 hours. This sounds like not enough info, though I hope you can figure something out of this.

1 - I have GPE image and it does really charge the device. I mean,
indicator decame green and I see 100% charge on panel.
